Welcome back, my friends, to the show that never ends!
We're so glad you could attend! Come inside, come inside...

Introduction

These pages, the images contained herein (and all artwork at this site) were developed with (and are best viewed with) a browser and system capable of displaying large, color images. Otherwise, it may take a minute for a large image to download, or you might miss the beauty of the smooth finish on a chrome object, or the photo-realism many of these images present.

I really hope you are able to see the full resolution and color of these images. Most images in the gallery were rendered at 100 dpi, and some of these newer works are large. All are at least 72 dpi. I do all my work on a 1280x1024 resolution monitor, so I do hope you are not still using 800x600 (too bad, so sad). Please read more about viewing options below...

Visit the Gallery periodically, as new images will appear as I add them to this collection.

If you are returning, and don't see new imagery, or the "redux", try refreshing the page. Depending on your browser setup, you may be viewing the previous cache on your hard drive.

If you like what you see, and would like me to do some art for you, please visit my Custom Services page.

Also see my raytracing page (tools, techniques and a brief description of working in 3-D), and feel free to drop me a note if you like! Let me know what you think of my work, or if you have any questions!

Artwork image format

Choosy Websites choose GIF Once an image is rendered, I may save it in any graphic format. Some images are GIF format. Images in the gallery are JPEG (JPG), because JPEG files are usually smaller (less disk space, quicker download), and look more beautiful than GIF format. For photorealistic images, JPG format supports millions of colors, while GIF supports only a 256 color palette.

NOTE: If you use my artwork anywhere, please be certain to mention my name and this site! This stuff ain't always easy, ya know! ..and I thank you so much!

-Viewing the Images-

VistaView 3D NavGoggles! The main gallery (through the animated doorway below) presents thumbnail images of each work. Click on a thumbnail to view the full sized image. You may also, if your browser allows, right-click a thumbnail, then have the option of saving it to your local disk for viewing later, or viewing it in a separate window. This will allow you to enjoy these at your discretion off-line, without waiting for each of them to load here and now.

The main gallery is arranged in theme rooms, and includes sets of related images (not referenced in the text menu below), and descriptive paragraphs about each work. A recent work will always appear at the top of this page (er, that is, in the lobby) in its full size.

Background and sometimes detailed description of methods and techniques accompany each image when viewed from within the main gallery, as well as commentary, relaxing background, and nice music.

Also note that the quality of the images will depend on the viewer which your browser employs, as well as the resolution of your monitor.

Yet another cool image
..his blood ran as he cried.
No body could help him,
so he laid down, and he died.
Oh, what a lucky man he was.
