Fraudulent and Blocked E-Mail
Why are you here? Did you write to me and I didn't respond? Perhaps your ISP, a block of IP addresses at your ISP, or even your user ID or entire domain is BLOCKED. How could that happen? Perhaps you used a word or phrase in your message that is BLOCKED. Perhaps you happen to use an ISP shared by so many idiots and subhuman losers that you are an innocent bystander. Below, you may find out why much e-mail sent to this domain is never even seen.
Did you receive spam from this domain? No. You may have received spam that appeared to be from this domain. I assure you that it was not! Look at the actual e-mail header, if you will, not just the "From" field. More often than you realize, where or whom your mail appears to be from is meaningless!
Maybe you're innocent, but are in my list of mongers and hence, you can't contact me to claim fraud yourself and get removed?
Maybe you got here from the fraud alert notice, or maybe you're here because you need my updated lists of blocked senders for your own use...
If you are using Roosl's Mail Filter, you may download my blocking rules lists for your own use from this page. The lists are uploaded periodically, and are the same lists I use myself. They may contain entries you don't want, so check them and add your own. The Blocked Subjects file contains crude language. These are each plain text files. The blocked senders file supports wildcard domain name blocking and IP address blocking features with support for country code top-level domains. These include many ranges of IP addresses that block huge amounts of unwanted mail from ISPs overseas.
Here is my Blocked Senders List.

Blocked Subject Matter
I have an extensive Blocked Subject List in use. Certain words and phrases used in a message will eliminate it from my mail server before it's downloaded. If you want me to see your mail, do not use certain words. Just a few examples are listed here. You may recognize some as prevalent. Many are just too inappropriate for posting here.
Anything saying I'm approved
Anything referencing penis, breast, cock, virgin, whore, etc.
Anything about mortgage, housing, etc.
Pharmacy or prescription
Anything that looks like refinancing, insurance, etc.
Anything that looks like viagra, xanax, etc.
Anything about Screensavers
Anything about lotteries, fake watches.
...and on and on...
You get the gist of it.
Since spammers are using my domain name in their "from" field, I am also blocking all "returned" (undeliverable, failure, etc.) mail. By the way (in a small way), thanks to all these idiots for the free exposure! ..and to you losers who send me bogus "undeliverable" and "failure" messages from spoofed domains, you might as well give up. None of them are getting through.
After months of monitoring, I have also decided that subjects hidden in certain ISO character sets and the UTF-8 encoding are always crap, and that the only reason for using them is to hide from filters. Hence, I will no longer accept any such mail.
I have many, many others in use for my Mail Filter.
Blocked Senders
I have an extensive Blocked Senders List in use. Mail from these senders is deleted from my mail server and not even downloaded. I've eliminated hundreds of junk e-mails a day with it and my new filter/blocker program.
This has grown into such an extensive list that I no longer paste it on this page. I post this sorted list here for everyone to see and use. Feel free to copy (or download) and use this list for your blocked senders.

Many of these are entire blocks of IP address ranges and entire domains. This means that anyone (real person or not) at these entire domains and ISPs (hosting whores) are blocked. As slick as these "people" think they are, using fake addresses and hiding behind someone else's domain name, they cannot fake the IP address from which their message is sent.
Many schemes are used, such as making a domain "look like" another. There are the obvious, and there are some valid domains too, used by idiots generating bogus user IDs. When these IDs are re-used, they're blocked. Some may be valid domains, but it's unlikely I'll ever receive valid mail from anyone there, so if I get any porn or other crap from such a domain, it's blocked. Period. Guilt by association for other users at such a domain? Perhaps. Too bad, so sad. I am probably missing some mail I might actually like to receive.
Many of these idiots are sending from offshore ISPs in Europe and the Pacific rim. Some of these are the crudest porn. Apparently, this way they avoid certain domestic attempts to track or stop them. Since I get so much crap from offshore (Germany is the worst), I am in fact blocking all mail from several entire top-level country domains! So, for anyone in Germany, for example, all I need in my blocked list is "*.de" and nothing from anyone at any ISP in Germany will make it past my server, and I don't need to enter any sender addresses or domain names into my list. The newest version of my blocker actually blocks entire ranges of IP address. Again, perhaps someone at such a domain may actually want to send me a valid message, but that's unlikely. Here is the official list of country code top-level domains, if you're curious about where, for example .de is (Denmark? No, Germany! So is .ch China? No, Switzerland! China is .cn).
I also laugh at these losers spoofing sender addresses attempting to fool one into opening viruses and such. Lame attempts, too! I actually see mail "from" names at my own domain (roosl.com). Funny, though: No one but myself ever actually sends mail from roosl.com! Losers. I can't even say "nice try"! It's so easy to see where mail really originates without opening it, or even downloading it!
The domains that appear to be Christian or non-profit are the biggest shame, as they hide behind the appearance of names containing "worship" and the like, or use a .org name.
This stuff is just one indication of how our society, and the morals of the world are going into the toilet. I envision many of these people as a collective, virtual Sodom and Gomorrah, sitting around their nasty keyboards selling their dead, empty souls and the empty promises of an enlarged penis and worthless sex. People who respond to this stuff are stupid. Did you know: Often, when you ask senders of unsolicited e-mail to not send (remove you from their list, etc.), this only lets them know that they've reached an active account. That's why they invite you to unsubscribe! You won't stop getting their junk. You'll get more! As well, your address will be shared with other scum.
Finally, if your address or domain is in my list, and you are not (or unwittingly) part of this problem, either (1) let me know by sending me a message from another account, or (2) change to another ISP! Now you know, so why would you want to be associated with it? This issue is not just with individuals such as myself. There are many ISPs and other businesses blocking entire domains due to this very issue. If you are one of these morons, get a life and find something useful to do with it.
That's my tirade. Thanks for "listening".
